Good things are useful, funny, amazing, enjoyable… But when there is too much “good”, “good slowly starts turning into “bad” and what you once did for fun has long turned into an obsession you can’t get rid of anymore. Phone usage or rather phone addiction is one example. We all have become so used to the fact of being online and connected, we start to freak out at the sight of just two words “no connection”. First thing we do in the morning: checking the phone - last thing we do before going to bed: checking the phone. Even on holidays – we enter into this whole new sphere but instead of enjoying the amazing view of the sea or embracing this new experience we run to the reception asking for the wifi password and if it doesn’t work the first impression has already failed (sounds familiar, isn’t it?). But do we really want these little smart things determine our habits, our mood, our life? We from LeBehr say. “NO”. We want to live our life the way WE want to, independent from any external influences. We think it’s time for a break. We think it’s time to get away from all the messengers, posts and the entire online world. We think it’s time for a digital detox. But how? Check out our hints in the next post. Stay tuned!
