New year - new resolutions. Yes, we’re all very motivated, it’s only March and we’re still motivated to do things differently this year. Want to join us in our detox session? Great, so now that you’ve decided to take a digital break and detox your life from any online influence there's one question left: where to start? Well, there's good news: we have got some tips and tricks for you how to limit your phone usage:

  1. Replace your phone with other requirements wherever possible: buy an alarm clock, put on a wrist watch, get yourself a real street map instead of the one online, print out the timetable of the train, write your notes and meetings in an agenda,…
  2. Take part in social activities and catch up with real friends instead of surfing on social platforms. Join a sport club, acting class or any other group or club you are interested in.
  3. Go to a so called “blindspot” where there is no network connectivity at all and just enjoy the nature without being interrupted by any beeping and blinking.
